Return & Refund Policy
All items sold on ebeauty.my Malaysia are 100% covered under Buyer Protection. However, buyer must notified ebeauty.my if any problem arises at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days to be eligible in this Buyer Protection. After that, if the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
ebeauty.my will not responsible for any order placed directly with the Seller and will not qualify for Buyer Protection.
Each advertiser has different return policies. You may contact our advertiser directly and their contact details can be obtain at the item page itself. However, if you need to return to goods to advertiser, please notify ebeauty.my at email@example.com so we can extend our Buyer Protection period.
Buyer is not allowed to return or exchange products which falls under following categories, UNLESS the products is defective, malfunction or wrong item sent:
- Gadgets and Electronics
- Lingerie and Underwear
- Beauty Products
- Customized Products
- Tickets, hotel reservations & vouchers, including but not limited to airline tickets, concert tickets.
- CDs & DVDs,
- Food, including perishable & non-perishable
Requirements for a valid return:
- Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)
- Proof of payment
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
Buyer will be refunded after ebeauty.my received the confirmation from the Seller. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account; whichever is applicable within 5 business days.
Change of Mind
ebeauty.my will not entertained for return and refund request due to change of mind.
