1. Apply the product on targeted areas such as abdomen, hips, thighs, knees and arms.
2. Massage firmly until the product is adsorbed.

PRECAUTION:

• Skin redness, warmness and sting may be felt on the applied skin areas. It will vanish eventually within minutes.
• Such effects can be reduced by applying body cooling product or rinse off with plenty of cool water.
