1. Face Massage: 1-3 drops of Essential Oil mix with Massage Cream or Massage Lotion or Massage Gel (For Oily Skin) or Massage Oil (For Dry Skin).
2. Body Massage: 3-10 drops of Essential Oil mix with Massage Oil or Massage Lotion.
